2. Salesforce To ServiceNow Operation

When you create a new task on Informatica Cloud, Salesforce is the Source connection and ServiceNow is the target connection.

NOTE :


· You need to map these fields of ServiceNow (Source) and Salesforce (Target) which is mention in the above table in field mapping section of task.

· Incident_Sys_id is the custom field in the Salesforce object that will hold the sys_id of ServiceNow table record.

· Update, Upsert & Delete operations will be performed on the basis of primary key so you must map the primary key field with the custom field.

· Case id & Sys_id are the primary keys in Salesforce & ServiceNow respectively.


3. ServiceNow To Salesforce Operation


When you create a new task in Informatica Cloud, ServiceNow is the Source connection and Salesforce is the target connection.

When you create a new task in Informatica Cloud, ServiceNow is the Source connection and JIRA is the target connection.

#Project, Issue Type & Summary are mandatory fields in JIRA so in order to create the issue/record in JIRA, you have to give them values.

· Sandbox(SAN) is the Project name & Task is the issue type.

· u_Project_JIRA & u_title are the custom fields in the ServiceNow.

· Incident_Sys_id is the custom field in JIRA.

· Update & Delete operations will be performed on the basis of primary key so you must map the primary key fields. Key & Sys_id are the primary keys in JIRA & ServiceNow respectively.

· All the fields from ServiceNow (Source) will come in FlatFile (Target) by default when you create the CSV file in the target connection in Informatica Cloud. But you can remove fields if you want to get the data of some particular fields.

· In the mapping section of Informatica Cloud task, all the fields are mapped by default. But you can also map the fields accordingly to your requirements.

· Update, Delete & Upsert operations are not supported by FlatFile.
