If you are looking to set any fields as read-only fields in ServiceNow, you should use Data Policies by following the instructions given below. This will ensure that when you are trying to insert or update information into these fields in ServiceNow we will be able to capture that as an error from ServiceNow and display that back in the Informatica Cloud Task Activity Log and the Summary.
